Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare execution drawings, including detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and special details.
  • Develop material approval lists and ensure all specifications meet project requirements.
  • Prepare coordination drawings to integrate architectural designs with other engineering disciplines.
  • Apply strong knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, and compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs for architectural finishes and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ).
  • Prepare specifications for construction items and material schedules.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of architectural documentation throughout project phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve design or coordination issues effectively.

Experienced Architectural Engineer with 4 7 years of proven experience in the technical office to manage architectural design and documentation for construction projects.
