Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and architectural details using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Review and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (structural, MEP) to avoid conflicts.
  • Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to site teams and respond to site-related technical queries.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and submission packages.
  • Review material submittals and samples to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Ensure work is executed according to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Report progress and technical issues to senior engineers and project managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated Architecture Technical Office & Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in both technical office work and on-site execution, ensuring that architectural designs are accurately translated into high-quality construction work.

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in architectural technical office and/or site execution roles.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Experience in preparing shop drawings and coordinating with different disciplines.
