Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
- Support in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare material boards and technical documentation.
- Assist in site visits and document site observations.
- Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines when required.
- Support in preparing BOQs and project specifications (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Architect.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software is a plus.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
