Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Controlling Motor entries and data entry.
Issuing monthly towing reports to Accounting.
Preparing monthly and yearly vignette reports.
Printing Motor policies and arranging them according to COB.
Assisting Motor Underwriters during peak production periods.
Managing and controlling the online system, arranging broker stocks, preparing broker statistics, and coordinating approvals with Accounting.
Exporting daily, monthly, and quarterly production reports for all lines of business for archiving purposes.
Dispatching policies.
Preparing monthly production reports for brokers who do not receive copy policies.
Supporting the company s digitalization process through scanning and organizing old policies for all lines of business.
