Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Classify and organize documents according to current procedures
  • Ensure the physical and/or digital archiving of documents
  • Maintaining up-to-date archive registers and databases
  • Search for and provide the requested documents
  • Ensuring the preservation and protection of archives
  • Apply the rules regarding document retention periods
  • Participate in improving filing and archiving systems
  • Contribute to the sorting and disposal of archives
  • Participate in the digitization of documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in documentation, archival science,
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role or in document management, including:
  • Knowledge of filing and archiving techniques
  • Proficient in office software
