Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Classify and organize documents according to current procedures
- Ensure the physical and/or digital archiving of documents
- Maintaining up-to-date archive registers and databases
- Search for and provide the requested documents
- Ensuring the preservation and protection of archives
- Apply the rules regarding document retention periods
- Participate in improving filing and archiving systems
- Contribute to the sorting and disposal of archives
- Participate in the digitization of documents
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in documentation, archival science,
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role or in document management, including:
- Knowledge of filing and archiving techniques
- Proficient in office software
