Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, classify and store the company's physical and digital documents.

  • To implement and monitor an effective archiving system that complies with current standards.
  • To ensure the management of current, intermediate and final archives.
  • Ensure the accessibility and security of archival documents.
  • Conduct documentary research and respond to internal requests.

Mastery of physical and electronic archiving techniques.

  • Knowledge of document management tools (DMS).
  • Organization, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
