Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, classify and store the company's physical and digital documents.
- To implement and monitor an effective archiving system that complies with current standards.
- To ensure the management of current, intermediate and final archives.
- Ensure the accessibility and security of archival documents.
- Conduct documentary research and respond to internal requests.
Mastery of physical and electronic archiving techniques.
- Knowledge of document management tools (DMS).
- Organization, rigor and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
