Roles & Responsibilities

  • Archivist

  • Collect, classify and store the company's physical and digital documents.
  • To set up and monitor an efficient archiving system that complies with current standards.
  • To ensure the management of current, intermediate and final archives.
  • Guarantee the accessibility and security of archived documents.
  • Conduct literature searches and respond to internal requests.
  • Master's degree in physical and electronic archiving techniques.
  • Knowledge of document management tools (DMS).
  • Organization, rigor and sense of detail.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
