Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As Area Manager, you will play a key liaison role between users, technical teams, and the IT-IS Division Leader team manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate IT department messages and inform about ongoing incidents and their resolution.
  • To be responsible for the division's workstation operating budget (IT equipment). To manage allocations (PCs, phones, licenses), to participate in the implementation of investments, to manage inventories.
  • Manage escalations, oversee associated action plans, coordinate activities carried out by the various IT departments, identify pain points and propose areas for improvement, lead action follow-up meetings, and present progress to their manager.
  • Supporting users with their requests.
  • Ensure the smooth running of IT IS projects on the site (delivery manager), including the execution of tests with business users, and ensure the proper execution of production deployments.
  • Perform regular reporting with the IT IS Division Leader and achieve KPIs on your activity.
  • Participate in the IT evolution roadmap for the division
  • Monitor the performance level of IT support
  • Ensure the local implementation of the Group's IT security policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

  • Technical skills: General knowledge of Systems and Networks, Security, and IT project design.
  • Software: Knowledge of ticket management tools (ServiceNow), Windows server environments would be a plus, ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Organizational: Excellent communication, organizational skills, rigor, leadership and adaptability.

Qualifications :

  • Similar experience of at least 3 years in a complex industrial environment.
  • Facilitation and efficient management of IT projects. Delivery management.
