Develop and implement area merchandising plans aligned with company sales and marketing strategies.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of merchandisers and supervisors to achieve coverage, visibility, and execution targets.
• Monitor product placement, stock levels, planogram compliance, and promotional displays across retail outlets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution quality, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze area performance data and prepare reports on sales, merchandising effectiveness, and ROI of promotions.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising standards, policies, and procedures across the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and trade partners.
• Manage area resources efficiently, including budgets, manpower, and logistics.
