Review monthly & yearly forecasts & planning.

Ensure high level of customer service delivery.

Ensure branch plans are in a line with the company objectives and correctly implemented.

Develop unique methods of sales & collection to generate the revenue.

Monitor & direct activities of the branch to achieve established sales & collection targets.

Review & analyze branch performance on monthly & weekly basis.

Escalate processes which involve higher level of activities in the market to generate revenue.

Adhere to sales & collection volume & profitability parameters in respect of market conditions.

Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies.

Manage budget & allocate funds for the branch appropriately to assure keeping it within the approved budget.

Coordinate with other department and work as a bridge between the teams.

Share knowledge, experience and effective practices with other branches.

Network to improve the presence & reputation of the branch as well as the company.

Build a strong relationship with key customers by meeting occasionally.

Stay abreast of competing markets & provide reports on market movements & penetration.

Conduct meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discuss their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.

Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements according to the business needs.

Manage employee affaires including: attendance, leaves, vacations, performance appraisal etc. in coordination with HR & Admin dept. acc. to the company policies and procedures.

Identify training needs in staff capabilities, knowledge & skills and come up with development plan followed by evaluation.

Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.

Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines.
