Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to ensure optimal product placement and promotion.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion within the cosmetics industry.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maximize their effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to establish a strong foundation.

  • Requires minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience within the cosmetics or beauty industry, showcasing a track record of success.

  • Should have experience in managing a sales team, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market, including product categories, consumer behavior, and distribution channels.
