Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual pro ts.
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Be a major driver in supporting signi cant sales growth in the Food & Beverage segment through the overall strategic alignment, strategy development and business development, and deeply understanding the customer s needs and industry drivers and ensure the growth and transfer of knowledge about the industry within the division.
  • Build and maintain sustainable networks (internal & external) in the Food & Beverage segment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, interest groups and similar in the Food & Beverage segment.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role in Food & Beverage processing industry or the equipment manufacturing industry with wide network & contacts in this eld.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of beverages/food line operations with knowledge of components of factory beverage line stations such as: blowers, llers, labelers, packers, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed, mainly in the GCC region.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant eld, or mechanical engineering.
