Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team within Greater Cairo to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to increase market share.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Distribution, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of strategies
- Previous experience in FMCG industry is required.
- Previous experience in the E-Commerce industry is required.
