Roles & Responsibilities
Manage branches and monitor performance to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Design coverage and distribution plans to achieve the coverage targets and the number of active customers.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships to enhance contribution to business.
- Participate in executing and following up on marketing activities.
- Train and develop sales reps and supervisors.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market changes, and development opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the Egypt market dynamics and customer landscape.
- Confectionery background experience is a plus.
