Roles & Responsibilities

Lead sales of Atlas Copco's motor vehicle tool portfolio, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets through proactive outreach and strategic account development

Execute sales and marketing activities including product demonstrations, technical seminars, and product launches in collaboration with Product Support and Marketing teams

Continuously develop technical product knowledge to deliver compelling, solution-oriented demonstrations that communicate clear business value

Embody Atlas Copco's vision of "First in Mind First in Choice " through the core values of Interaction, Commitment, and Innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales performance
  • Solid management experience with strong leadership capabilities
  • Background in industrial technical product sales and/or product management
  • Experience in industrial tools sales
  • Project management experience

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and business analysis skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driving license

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across customer and distributor networks
  • Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Effective planner and organizer with solid administrative capabilities
