Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To manage and develop sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and sustainable business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and policy compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Owns a car is A Must
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven client relationship management skills.
