DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a small team of sales Engineers.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos to customers.
- Study received RFQs, manage all related technical aspects and prepare winning sales offers.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
- Assist in forecasting commercial activities and pricing for budgeting purposes.
- Assist in establishing the marketing strategy to be adopted by the Company.
- Liaise closely with Operations department for customers requirements and production schedule.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10 years experience in the Refining, Petrochemical and Catalyst industries with a (technical) sales background. Previous experience with catalyst manufacturer(s) is a must.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Good technical & sales background.
- Good skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English.
