Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed area sales targets for sanitary ware products.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive high performance and foster a collaborative culture.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, expanding Huaye s market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations.
Represent Huaye at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the sanitary ware, plumbing, or building materials industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and results orientation.
Willingness to travel within assigned area as required.
