Roles & Responsibilities
A Day in the Life: As an Area Sales Manager for L'Oral Dermatological Beauty, based in Casablanca, you will drive the sales performance of a key territory for Vichy, La Roche-Posay, and CeraVe. You will report directly to the LDB Sales Director and manage a team of 3 sales reps.
Commercial strategy & execution: define and deploy the territorial commercial plan to achieve sell-out and distribution objectives.
Customer & channel management: managing key accounts (pharmacies/parapharmacies), negotiating assortments, promotions and ensuring product availability.
Talent management & development: coaching, structuring and upskilling your 3 field employees.
Monitoring & analysis: tracking KPIs (sell out, distribution, ROT), forecasts, monthly reporting and corrective action plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in field sales or sales management, ideally in pharmacy/parapharmacy.
