Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

2. Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure productivity and performance.

3. Develop and implement territory sales plans and growth strategies.

4. Ensure proper market coverage, route execution, and customer service.

5. Monitor product availability, shelf share, visibility, and merchandising standards.

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

7. Follow up on collections, credit limits, and outstanding balances.

8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

9. Conduct regular market visits and coaching sessions with the sales team.

10. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

11.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of the Metn & Keserwan market.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
