Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large FMCG sales teams across Egypt (Unit Managers, Supervisors, Assistant Brand Managers).
- Achieve Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly sales targets in volume and value.
- Oversee market coverage of 6,900+ to 30,000+ outlets across Modern Trade, KA, Retail, Wholesale, and Sub-distributors.
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key distributors covering sales growth, distribution, pricing, and in-store execution KPIs.
- Manage P&G business across Cairo, Canal Zone, and Sinai, ensuring availability, visibility, and market share growth.
- Strengthen distributor performance through route-to-market optimization and field execution excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of FMCG sales leadership experience in Egypt / MENA.
- Strong exposure to Modern & Traditional Trade and distributor management.
- Proven track record in delivering sales growth and execution excellence.
- Experience with multinational FMCG brands preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
