Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large FMCG sales teams across Egypt (Unit Managers, Supervisors, Assistant Brand Managers).
  • Achieve Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly sales targets in volume and value.
  • Oversee market coverage of 6,900+ to 30,000+ outlets across Modern Trade, KA, Retail, Wholesale, and Sub-distributors.
  • Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key distributors covering sales growth, distribution, pricing, and in-store execution KPIs.
  • Manage P&G business across Cairo, Canal Zone, and Sinai, ensuring availability, visibility, and market share growth.
  • Strengthen distributor performance through route-to-market optimization and field execution excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of FMCG sales leadership experience in Egypt / MENA.
  • Strong exposure to Modern & Traditional Trade and distributor management.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales growth and execution excellence.
  • Experience with multinational FMCG brands preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
