Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across assigned areas to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve performance targets and operational goals.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with upper management to align area objectives with overall business strategy.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on area performance, identifying trends and recommending solutions.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control within assigned areas.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in operations or field management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or locations simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Experience working in a hybrid (on-site/remote) environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
