Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Utilize leadership skills and motivational techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction of team members.
Interview, hire, develop, conduct performance evaluations, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination for staff members.
Keep managers fully informed of all problems or matters of significance.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees and stakeholders to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent in Business Management / Hotel & Restaurant Management / Housekeeping / Building Maintenance.
BICSc / FIGR / ISSA (preferred)
