Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving boutique performance by managing boutique managers, aligning field execution with brand strategy, and supporting each location in achieving commercial and experiential goals. As a key liaison between the retail floor and senior leadership, this individual will contribute to business planning and retail development while ensuring every store consistently reflects the brands standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee boutique operations across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with brand values and operational KPIs
  • Monitor and evaluate store performance, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels and product mix
  • Identify regional challenges and opportunities, feeding market intelligence back to the senior retail team
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and visual rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with HR, legal, and safety policies across all retail sites
  • Lead by example, acting as a cultural anchor for retail excellence across the area

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of progressive retail experience, with a minimum of 5 years in multi-store management within luxury or high-end retail

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience in business planning and P&L accountability
  • Exceptional team management capabilities, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style
  • Experience in talent development and managing cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC retail environment and customer base
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
