Armed Forces Hospitals Southern Region (AFHSR) is a large military hospital complex in Khamis Mushait, Asir Region, Saudi Arabia, operated under the Saudi Armed Forces Medical Services. The facility serves military personnel, their families, and eligible civilians in the southern region of the Kingdom, providing a wide spectrum of services including emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, cardiology, and a range of specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services.
