Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1- Own the creative direction of all clients' Ad campaigns
2- Lead and manage 2 content creators (designers/video editors)
3- Produce high-converting ad creatives for: Meta Ads - Google Display - TikTok Ads
4- Stay hands-on when deadlines are tight or quality demands it
5- Understand and translate performance data into better creative decisions
6- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
7- Set visual standards and ensure creatives are built to convert, not just look good
8- Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Creative
Agency-only background (performance or digital agencies)
Proven experience creating direct-response ad creatives
Deep understanding of Social media Ad Types and paid media creative best practices
Expert in: Photoshop - Illustrator - After Effects
Strong sense of: Hooks & scroll-stopping concepts - Ad formats and platform behavior
Experience with: Midjourney, Runway, or AI creative tools is a plus
