Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize & Execute: Develop and execute compelling visual concepts and designs for integrated campaigns, ensuring high-quality craft, brand adherence, and effective communication across various platforms, especially digital and social.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with creative partners, managers, and clients to translate briefs into visually engaging solutions, pushing creative boundaries and exploring new techniques, including leveraging AI tools.
- Manage & Deliver: Oversee campaigns from concept to completion, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Strategic Thinking: Understand client needs, market trends, and brand values to develop strategic, insightful creative solutions.
- Internal Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal departments (Account Management, Planning, Traffic) to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing excellent craft in design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across integrated campaigns.
- Social first thinking
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Solid understanding of visual design principles, digital, and social media best practices. Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI tools for design, with a willingness to learn.
- Creative & Strategic Acumen: Ability to generate fresh, original ideas, translate strategic concepts into effective visuals, and articulate creative ideas clearly. Strong understanding of brand stewardship.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong listening skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Language: Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory.
