Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze the revamp of the old books to determine the new direction

  • Create competitor analysis to cope with the market
  • Follow on the execution of the chosen direction
  • Schedule the team s production plan
  • Match the output with the style guide with the senior
  • Link between the Layout & the Design
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members
  • Create the revamp vision
  • Follow up the execution of the vision
  • Send the designs to the layout, proofreader and the quality control
  • Set the general concept for the covers
  • Create more than one sample for the cover to get the final approval for the execution
  • Support in the marketing campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

+3 years of experience Preferred in printing industry.

  • strong InDesign background is a strong>MUST.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
  • Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas.
  • Solid Hands-on experience with color, layout design, print production, image selection.
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
