Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the creative direction, visual identity, and brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns and user experiences.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual communication throughout all touchpoints.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Review and approve final designs, artwork, and layouts before publication or launch.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and vendors as needed for specialized projects.
- Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in art direction, creative leadership, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding, and campaign development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.
