Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and visual strategy for all marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, investment, and client service teams to translate complex concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Review and approve all creative materials to maintain consistency, quality, and brand integrity.
- Develop and implement creative guidelines, style guides, and best practices for internal and external communications.
- Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of visual communication.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior leadership and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or a related creative field.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful branding or marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various media.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
