Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Art Director at Bluemoon leads the creative vision across all visual communications. This role is responsible for transforming ideas and strategies into powerful visuals that elevate brands, ensure consistency, and deliver high-impact creative across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the visual direction for branding, advertising, and digital campaigns
- Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts
- Oversee design execution across web, social media, print, and advertising assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and developers
- Review, guide, and mentor designers and creative team members
- Present creative concepts and designs to clients professionally and confidently
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
