Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the creative quality and visual output across all brand and marketing projects.
  • Translate creative strategy into compelling visual work that effectively communicates the intended message and objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Review and approve all creative deliverables before submission to stakeholders, ensuring consistency and high creative standards.
  • Provide direction and guidance to graphic designers, motion designers, and production artists throughout the creative process.
  • Evaluate briefs and provide clear feedback to ensure they are aligned with the required creative direction before execution.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand s visual identity across new products and markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of creative experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality visual execution.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to maintain strong creative standards while ensuring smooth workflow and team efficiency.
  • Experience translating strategic direction into creative work with a clear understanding of communication objectives.
