Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging art curricula that challenge students’ creativity while aligning with educational standards.
  • Guide students in exploring various artistic techniques and mediums, fostering their individual artistic voice and expression.
  • Assess and evaluate student work through constructive feedback, helping them understand their progress and areas for improvement.
  • Organize and oversee art exhibitions and showcases to celebrate student achievements and enhance community engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in art principles.

  • Teaching certification or licensure specific to art education is required to ensure compliance with educational standards.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching art at the elementary or secondary level, demonstrating effective classroom management skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in various art mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art techniques.

  • UAE Equivalency.

  • Prior experience teaching in an American curriculum school is an advantage.
