Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role The Art Teacher will be responsible for: Planning and delivering lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.br>Encouraging students to explore a variety of artistic techniques, media, and styles.br>Supporting students in developing critical appreciation of art, both historical and contemporary.br>Preparing students for examinations and assessments, ensuring progress is monitored effectively.br>Organising and contributing to exhibitions, showcases, and creative school events.br>Collaborating with colleagues across departments to strengthen the school s arts programme.br> br>What We re Looking Forbr> br>A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a closely related subject.br>Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS or equivalent).br>At least two years of classroom teaching experience, ideally in a British or international school.br>Strong subject knowledge and the ability to bring energy and innovation to the classroom.br>A commitment to supporting students of all abilities in achieving their potential.br>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning./span>
