Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Specialist

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions across enterprise domains (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection, recommendation engines).

Apply structured ML lifecycle management data acquisition, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaborate with Data Engineers to design efficient data pipelines, warehouses, and model input/output workflows.

Implement and optimize MLOps processes (CI/CD pipelines, model drift monitoring, retraining automation).

Evaluate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI frameworks for enterprise-grade applications such as chatbots, text summarization, and content generation.

Drive applied research initiatives under Otech s AI CoE exploring new ML algorithms, open-source models, and GenAI platforms.

Prototype reusable AI frameworks, APIs, and pre-trained components to accelerate solution development.

Document and publish internal whitepapers, technical briefs, and lessons learned playbooks to capture knowledge from live projects.

Participate in external research collaborations with academic institutions, hyperscalers, and AI communities to benchmark emerging technologies.

Contribute to Otech s AI capability maturity index by evolving the organization s IP base (accelerators, libraries, tools).

Ensure that all AI projects adhere to ethical AI, data privacy, and OIA governance requirements.

Develop model evaluation criteria and establish thresholds for accuracy, fairness, and interpretability.

Conduct peer reviews and compliance checks for internal or partner-delivered solutions.

Maintain detailed documentation of models, datasets, and configuration parameters to ensure reproducibility and audit readiness.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Managers to ensure AI/ML components are well-integrated into end-to-end client systems.

Provide expert inputs for RFP responses, technical proposals, and pre-sales presentations.

Lead PoC and pilot initiatives to demonstrate feasibility and ROI of AI applications.

Provide delivery oversight to ensure that projects meet SLA metrics such as accuracy, latency, and availability.

Work with Cloud and Cybersecurity teams to ensure model environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities for productization of AI solutions into managed offerings.

Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into quantifiable AI use cases.

Coach Junior Specialists and interns on ML tools, libraries, and coding standards.

Support creation of structured learning paths and in-house training programs for AI practitioners.

Conduct internal workshops and showcase sessions to disseminate AI innovation stories and project results.
