AS Built Draftsman 2D

We are looking for an experienced 2D As Built Draftsman based in Qatar to prepare 2D as built drawings from processed point cloud data. The point cloud data will be provided by our technical team, the draftsman s primary role is to extract, interpret and generate precise DGN, DWG and PDF deliverables as per project requirement.

Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in 2D drafting and as built documentation for survey or engineering projects.
Strong command of AutoCAD and MicroStation DGN.
Good understanding of topographic and site survey drawings.
Basic knowledge of point cloud referencing in Leica Cyclone or similar software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Responsibilities
Work with finalized point cloud datasets provided by the data processing team.
Generate accurate 2D as built drawings (plans, sections, elevations and topographic layouts) from point cloud models.
Prepare deliverables in AutoCAD and or MicroStation DGN formats, following client standards.
Ensure all drawings reflect site conditions accurately and comply with required tolerances.
Coordinate with the project manager and survey team to resolve drawing or data discrepancies.
Prepare and organize final DWG, DGN, PDF files for submission.

Preferred Skills
Experience working on projects involving 3D laser scanning or Leica RTC360 data.
Familiarity with Qatar survey standards and client CAD submission formats.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID.
Available to join immediately.
