Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•     Prepare and cook Asian dishes according to restaurant standards.

•     Manage assigned kitchen station during service.

•     Food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent.

•     Prepare mise en place before service.

•     Follow recipes and portion control.

•     Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.

•     Follow food safety and HACCP standards.

•     Assist in stock control and minimize food waste.

•     Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Desired Candidate Profile

•     Proven experience as an Asian Line Chef or similar role.

•     Good knowledge of Asian cuisines (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, or others).

•     Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

•     Strong time management and multitasking skills.

•     Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

•     Team player with a positive attitude.
