Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing infrastructure (buildings, upkeep, maintenance)
- Monitor service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance)
- Manage supplies and equipment
- Organize general services (reception, transport, internal logistics)
- Monitor budgets related to general resources
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Managing technical interventions and service providers
- Participating in the improvement of working conditions
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education), Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in management, logistics, maintenance or equivalent
- Desired experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of general service providers and services

- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
