Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily asphalt paving operations
  • Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedules
  • Visit & Inspect work sites to monitor quality and adherence to contract specifications.
  • Ensure operations for the use of paving equipment, rollers, and other machinery.
  • Suggest /advise ,Train, mentor, and manage team members, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
  • Cordinate with with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good experience as an Asphalt Laying Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in paving/construction.

Good Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment etc.

Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

Can lead Team

Thorough with safety rules regulations
