Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide methods support in industrialization and production to meet the Quality, Cost, Delivery and HSE objectives of the Assembly Unit.
Produce :
Supports manufacturing units in meeting UAP objectives.
He is responsible for the manufacturing process and, as such:
- Provides technical support for production.
- Keeps production documentation/tools up to date (FIT, instructions, machine programs).
- Ensures the proper implementation of configuration changes (Design change).
- Drives continuous improvement on the unit's workstations, applying standard tools (LEAN-Sigma, Ergonomics, etc.).
- Manages the industrialization, transfer, and ramp-up of new collections
- Provides technical process expertise at the site level, with its suppliers and partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Good knowledge of industrial design
- Good knowledge of basic mechanics. Good knowledge of production systems (Flow, VSM, SPC).
- Part design, new product industrialization; blueprint reading and technical documentation writing
- Logiciels : Pack Office, CatiaV5, SAP
- Possess technical skills in the aeronautical field, and knowledge of composites.
