Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide methods support in industrialization and production to meet the Quality, Cost, Delivery and HSE objectives of the Assembly Unit.

Produce :

Supports manufacturing units in meeting UAP objectives.

He is responsible for the manufacturing process and, as such:

  • Provides technical support for production.
  • Keeps production documentation/tools up to date (FIT, instructions, machine programs).
  • Ensures the proper implementation of configuration changes (Design change).
  • Drives continuous improvement on the unit's workstations, applying standard tools (LEAN-Sigma, Ergonomics, etc.).
  • Manages the industrialization, transfer, and ramp-up of new collections
  • Provides technical process expertise at the site level, with its suppliers and partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Good knowledge of industrial design
  • Good knowledge of basic mechanics. Good knowledge of production systems (Flow, VSM, SPC).
  • Part design, new product industrialization; blueprint reading and technical documentation writing
  • Logiciels : Pack Office, CatiaV5, SAP
  • Possess technical skills in the aeronautical field, and knowledge of composites.
