Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for performing the relevant tasks related to the assembly of fabricated parts in accordance with manufacturing instructions/specifications.

Job Specific Technical Skills:

  • Practical experience of hand tool use (Drills, Reaming, Countersinking, Sealing, Trimming etc.) in an aerospace environment.
  • Experience in Assembly Jig method of manufacture, out of jig work and final assembly. Installation of fasteners (various types)
  • Experience of (semi) automatic drilling/fastener installation equipment (Gemcor).
  • Ability to read drawings and relevant work instructions to perform a specific task.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role.

- High School diploma / apprenticeship/relevant on job experience in a relevant industry.
