Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilities Management
- Lead day-to-day operations across offices, buildings, and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime.
- Maintain full compliance with HSE and environmental standards; own audits and corrective actions.
- Oversee cleaning, security, insurance, and maintenance contracts; drive SLA performance and vendor ROI.
- Manage utilities and all service-provider contracts, tracking usage and performance.
- Plan and execute refurbishments, repairs, and relocation projects with clear budgets and timelines.
- Monitor energy consumption and deliver measurable sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage facility access protocols during operational and non-operational hours.
Asset Management
- Own the asset lifecycle: acquisition, deployment, preventive maintenance, and end-of-life/disposal.
- Maintain a complete, accurate asset register and conduct periodic audits and valuations.
- Optimize asset utilization and reduce downtime through data-driven, proactive maintenance strategies.
- Govern and control stored/idle assets to maximize recovery and redeployment.
Financial & Procurement Control
- Build and manage facilities and asset budgets; forecast, track, and report variances.
- Lead sourcing and contract negotiations to reduce total cost of ownership without compromising quality.
- Run compliant procurement processes for facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in asset management and facilities operations within corporate, engineering, or projects environments.
Strong procurement and contract management background; vendor governance and SLA management.
Solid budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and planning abilities.
