Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute asset management strategies and initiatives.
Monitor operational, financial and commercial performance.
Analyse contracts and financial data to identify risks and variances.
Maintain risk registers and propose mitigation strategies.
Support investment decisions, particularly for vital assets.
Prepare internal reports and performance evaluations.
Collaborate across teams to meet KPIs and strategic objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National (UAEN). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science. Minimum 4 years' experience in Asset Management, Finance, Strategy, or Governance. Experience in a well-established organisation. Preferred: Master's degree and/or professional finance qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CA). Sector experience in industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
