Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB CONTENT:

This role involves the development and maintenance of the asset management system and the monitoring of AMS performance, risks and opportunities. The engineer ensures alignment with global best practices, including ISO 55001, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to address asset performance issues and enhance maintenance strategies.

Description:

  • Assst with the development of Asset Performance Framework, Strategies, Objectives, Plans, and Asset Risk Register.
  • Establish, development, maintenance of the asset management system (AMS)
  • Monitoring of AMS performance and Preparation of quarterly AMS Performance and Effectiveness Report
  • Monitoring of AMS Risks and Opportunities and Preparation of quarterly AMS Risk and Opportunity Report
  • Reporting AMS AMS Performance and Effectiveness and Risk Reports to the Executive Management
  • Update of process mapping frequently and align it with the Business structure and processes
  • Establishment and update of the SAMP to be dynamic with Business changes
  • Establishment and update of the asset class strategies
  • Establishment and update of AM processes
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to align processes and maintain them up to date
  • Coordinate for IMS and AMS certification and surveillance audits
  • Coordinate and carry out of IMS and AMS Internal Audits in frequent basis
  • Follow up and tracking to close all actions related to AMS from different sources (certification and surveillance audits, AMS Internal Audit, Business Internal Audit, Incidents, Failure Investigations, etc)
  • Maintain AMS actions tracking register
  • Maintain ITOMS and ITAMS participation and data collection
  • Analyze ITOMS and ITAMS outcomes and report to the Executive Management
  • Adopt best practices benchmarked with International TSOs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best-practice asset management standards, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 55001 and other global standards
  • Highlight performance-related concerns and incorporate them into maintenance plans to address potential risks and improve asset reliability
  • Obtain feedback to performance engineers on maintenance outcomes to support continuous improvement and innovation in asset management practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance AMS.
  • Manage and coordinate to update Strategic Spare Parts Strategy in coordination with Performance team.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in optimized asset management.
  • Adhere to the Company s health, safety, environmental and security policies always and immediately report violations of these policies to OETC health, safety & environment representatives;
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Asset Management, HSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to ISO55001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical Power Engineering or equivalent

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years business experience in the utility of Transmission business
