Desired Candidate Profile
Total Years of Experience (Minimum)
- 15 years of experience
Relevant Experience
- Experience working on various drilling rigs (onshore/offshore) and well types (exploratory, development).
- Proven track record of leading and motivating drilling crews to achieve safe and efficient well completion.
- Experience in well planning, wellbore control procedures, and rig optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of drilling rig systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- High School
Certifications
- Valid IWCF or IADC well control certificate Supervisor Level
- Stuck pipe certification
- HSE
