Irtikaz Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Receiving & Registration Officer to join their team in Dubai. This role is vital in ensuring all assets are properly received, verified, recorded, and tracked across multiple facilities, supporting the company s asset management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect assets delivered across various sites to confirm quality and quantity.
Accurately register and maintain asset details within the asset management system.
Collaborate closely with procurement and finance departments to ensure full compliance with company asset policies.
Maintain comprehensive records of all asset movements and prepare detailed reports as needed.
Support periodic physical verification, tagging, and reconciliation of assets across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 4 years of relevant experience in asset management, logistics, or inventory control.
Knowledge of asset tracking software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations efficiently.
