Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the lifecycle and performance of company assets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets, including real estate, equipment, and other valuable resources.
- Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to verify asset existence, condition, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage asset data and documentation, including creating and maintaining accurate records of asset information, depreciation, and valuation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possesses relevant certifications such as Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or similar credentials.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in asset management within the manufacturing or real estate industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of asset accounting principles and depreciation methods.
