Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily asset operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation to maximize asset utilization.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of assets, identifying and addressing maintenance needs to prevent downtime and preserve asset value.
  • Manage asset tracking systems, accurately recording asset movements, locations, and statuses to maintain an up-to-date inventory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum qualification - Engineer ( mechanical or electrical )

  • Minimum experience – 5 to 7 years in a shopping mall or retail industry

  • Extensive knowledge in Total facilities management

  • Hands-on experience in Retail delivery and tenant management
