Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical audits of assets, meticulously verifying their existence, condition, and location to maintain an accurate inventory.
  • Apply asset tags with precision and durability, ensuring they adhere securely and are easily readable for efficient tracking and retrieval.
  • Update the asset management system with accurate and detailed information, including asset descriptions, serial numbers, and relevant details.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the physical inventory and the asset management system to maintain data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Possess certifications in asset management or inventory control, especially those recognized in the asset management industry.
  • Prior experience in asset tagging, inventory management, or a related field within the IT, manufacturing, or logistics sector is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in asset management or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
