Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to customer calls, emails and requests
- Ensure the processing and monitoring of client files
- To provide solutions tailored to requests or complaints
- Direct customers to the relevant services if necessary.
- Provide administrative support (data entry, data updates, filing)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in management, administration, commerce or a similar field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 3 years of study)
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good mastery of computer tools (Office suite)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage customer requests and ensure follow-up on files
