Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer calls, emails and requests
  • Ensure the processing and monitoring of client files
  • To provide solutions tailored to requests or complaints
  • Direct customers to the relevant services if necessary.
  • Provide administrative support (data entry, data updates, filing)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Training in management, administration, commerce or a similar field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 3 years of study)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good mastery of computer tools (Office suite)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer requests and ensure follow-up on files
